We are excited to announce that our system upgrades are now in place. It’s time to activate your new debit card and download our brand-new PrimeBank app!

Ready to get started?

Downloading the new PrimeBank app is simple:

Online Banking will still be accessed via the Login button on our homepage. Existing User IDs will remain the same, but you will be required to reset your password.

To activate and establish a PIN for your new debit card, call (800) 290-7893.

Our new 24-Hour Phone Banking service is now available. *Please note that the phone number for this service has changed to 844-378-7084.
